Enablement and marketing teams invest in plays, training, and content to run business initiatives, but have no way to track whether reps are following through or whether any of it is driving revenue. I designed the end-to-end product to address this.
When sellers ask the Agent for next steps, it pulls guidance from sales playbooks. When that content isn't actionable, the quality of recommendations suffers. I designed an evaluation system that helps authors improve their plays so actions are clear for both sellers and the agent.
Poor search relevance was the top reason enterprise customers rated Highspot negatively. I redesigned search to let reps scope results to content that's actually relevant to their role.
After two failed attempts to manually catalogue our home library of 1,000+ books, I built an app that converts photos of my bookshelves into a searchable catalogue of books. I owned everything: the requirements, the design, and shipping a live product with auth, a real database, and AI enrichment.
